Unassigned Players. Users are now able to add, update, and remove players who are not assigned to a specific team. Players who are removed from a team will flow to the “unassigned players” list or the “remove players” section for quicker, easier team management.
Better Error Handling. More information is provided when a payment is unsuccessful to assist with troubleshooting on the front and back ends.

Revamped TV Leaderboards. A new look, plus new scrolling, updating, and pagination options, for displaying leaderboards on TV screens in the golf facility’s clubhouse, comfort stations, banquet rooms, or registration area, keeps golfers and spectators engaged.
Credit Card Payments Page. Updates to make the end-user experience quicker and easier by highlighting required fields and autofilling form fields.
Default Packages and Items. Packages now auto-populate when copying an event to give you a quick start to building and modifying team and sponsor packages.
Performance Boosts. Backend changes make pages more efficient with improved load times and speeds.

Direct ACH Payouts. Get your tournament funds quickly and easily! Tournament organizers can now request payouts to be deposited directly into their verified bank account via ACH. These requests are processed daily and generally appear in accounts within one to three business days.
Unassigned Players. Players are now automatically added to the unassigned players list if they are removed from a team for simpler golfer and team management.
Image Editing. Images can now be edited anywhere within the software.
Improved Page Load Times. Back-end updates made event sites and the software load faster, so you can be more efficient.

Handicapped Events. Updates to better handle players and teams without values in handicapped events.
Payouts Tab. The available funds page was updated to display the date of the page load instead of the date of the last payout. Payout information is still available on the same page.
Event Site Best Practices Webpage. System-generated emails now include links to a newly created event site best practices webpage with guidance on image sizing and content.

Brand New Event Website Design. Event websites have been completely revamped! The updates are based on feedback and input directly from clients and feature an inviting design, user-friendly navigation, more real estate to tell your event’s story, additional sponsor exposure, an improved checkout experience, more visible calls to action, and more! Updated Report Formats. Some report formats were updated for better readability and usefulness.

Easier Event Duplication. You can now include the event site, sponsor packages, payment settings, and more when duplicating an event for even more time savings.
Updated Account Management. Back end updates have made it easier for new users to create an account and for existing users to authenticate your account, log in, and reset your password.
