GolfStatus helps nonprofits tap into golf’s giving power with technology that makes it possible to run a professional, lucrative golf fundraiser. The intuitive software alleviates common pain points in planning a tournament—event promotion, siloed information and platforms, manual registration and payment processing, sponsor onboarding, and more—and our in-house client success team is here to coach you and answer questions along the way.

The Golf for Good program provides access to GolfStatus’ golf event management and fundraising platform to qualifying nonprofits and organizations raising money for charity at no cost.

GolfStatus’ pricing structure means we win if you win.

What’s the catch?

We get asked this a lot. There’s no catch! There’s no risk or upfront costs to using GolfStatus. All we ask in return is that you list our exclusive Technology Sponsorship for sale on your event website among your other sponsorships or build it into a sponsorship package at a price point of your choosing. This sponsorship sells over half the time it’s listed and there’s no risk to offering it.

What’s the Technology Sponsorship?

This exclusive sponsorship is only available through GolfStatus and provides a ton of valuable exposure for sponsors and a no-risk fundraising opportunity for your nonprofit. The sponsor logo appears on the event website’s homepage and throughout the platform, providing thousands of impressions and multiple touchpoints. If—and only if—the technology sponsorship sells, GolfStatus assesses a flat-rate cut that helps cover our costs. The rest is yours to keep (on average, tournaments raise an extra $4,000 or more with the Technology Sponsorship)!

We only win if you win.

GolfStatus offers other premium sponsorships and add-ons that help you level up your golf event, adding fun and excitement and raising more money for your cause—the Pin Flag Sponsorship and Hole-In-One Sponsorship.

Are there any fees?

A fee is assessed on transactions processed on GolfStatus’ golf tournament websites, but can be passed on to golfers and sponsors, who choose to cover it nearly 90% of the time. You have these options to cover the fee:

  • Registrants can be required to cover the fee

  • Registrants can be given the option to cover the fee

  • The fee can be built into the package price

This means you keep more dollars for your cause!

What if I don’t want to utilize the Technology Sponsorship?

Events that choose not to list the Technology Sponsorship pay an upfront fee of $499 to leverage the platform, plus the applicable transaction fee outlined above.
