Catholic Social Services Memorial Golf Classic and Auction

Held in memory of Dr. Bruce Gfeller Dr. Bruce Gfeller was born in Kansas City in 1954. After his family moved to Omaha, he attended Holy Name high school and Creighton University where he received an undergraduate degree and graduated at the top of his medical school class. After finishing a family practice residency he became the director of the Lincoln Medical Education Foundation. He eventually joined Holy Family Medical Specialties and where he practiced many years. Bruce loved God and his Catholic faith first and foremost and loved and was devoted to his dear wife Janet and his children, grandchildren and patients. In addition, Bruce had a special place in his heart for the poor and needy. We are honored to hold this year’s memorial golf tournament in honor of Dr. Gfeller.
